Qualifications
- A degree in Law and admission to the Romanian Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing litigation law in Romania
- Legal support in our projects;
- Involvement in corporate litigation for multinational companies;
- Contribution to research and drafting of memos, legal reports, legal correspondence with foreign majority clients (in Romanian, English or German);
- Travel for representation in court;
- Contribution to the drafting, revision, negotiation, adaptation of commercial and employment contracts;
- Professional contributions to newsletters and professional articles.

Requirements:
