Ioana Chiper Zah
Ioana has over six years of professional experience as a lawyer and currently is advising clients from a corporate and commercial perspective, with a solid background in civil litigation and consumer law. She holds an LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology and Automated Systems (LATAS) from Bocconi University, which has positioned her as a specialist in privacy, technology law and blockchain. Building on this expertise, Ioana leads the HA Digital practice within Hategan Attorneys, where she supports clients on digital transformation, data protection, emerging technologies and complex corporate projects at the intersection of law, technology and business.
